Root Best overclock settings?

Hi! I'm new to the Elite community, having just got this phone as a replacement for my broken Optimus V. I was wondering what overclock settings more seasoned members of the community are using. I'm using giantpune's latest kernel, by the way. Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I run it at 1600mghz ondemand though I change the governer to performance when gaming. It's suprisingly stable, never had a reboot once.

My personal preferences are to use the Smartass and Interactive governors with 1.6ghz max, its stable so why the hell not.

Here's what I'm using, and I've never had to alter it since (and I get the two days' worth of battery life, with no lag. Ever.):

SmartassV2.
Max: 16xx MHz.
Min: 2xx MHz.

And that's it. Been a few weeks like this without ever changing it from that setup; works awesome.

No I get excellent battery life already but I am running the tagged rom also, I don't use any battery saver apps.

I am running 1612/245 with smartassV2. I used interactive for a while but I don't notice any performance difference between interactive and smartassV2, and smartassV2 seems to get better battery life.
