Best pattern for single toolbar, multiple screens?

I'm looking for advice on the best design pattern to use so I can create a single toolbar and use it throughout my app. Should I use a single activity and fragments to display different content below the toolbar? What's the best approach?

Try this. Create a base Activity class, with a toolbar, and have your other Activity classes extend it. So they get to use the same toolbar from the base class.
Sounds like a good approach to me.
