Best podcast program for windows 7

ok so I am slightly new to podcasts. I have a htc evo and i used to use listen....but didn't have much luck finding what i was looking for. I now use .Podkast for android and i've gotta say it's great. Now that I have a better computer with windows 7 what is a good program to use for podcasts...I know itunes does it but is there anything equal to or better than itunes???

Ya i've been looking into Doggcatcher and Radio Player but both cost money lol. i'm looking for a free app.
