Best reminder app?

[Android Question]

I want an app that I can set a reminder for, anything, any time, any day, etc, and when that time comes, whether my phone is on or locked, my phone will do what I set it too (vibrate or noise) , and I'll be able to see the reminder on the lock screen without even having to open up my phone. I downloaded Life Reminders, couldn't figure out how to get it to do that. I also tried this Assistant app but that's just a ******** version of Siri, hard to work for me, doesn't set a vibrate or tone when the reminder comes.

Google Now works well for me,

Tap the Google microphone and just tell it to remind you:
"Remind me when I get to work to send the email" (location based)
"Remind me at 3:00 to call my mom for her birthday" (time based)
etc....

I'm pretty sure that Notif Pro will do what you want. I have my lockscreen completely locked down, so can't verify that part, but it does everything else you want. It can even be set to default for voice prompts instead of Google Now (e.g., speak, "Note to self: wash car 2 weeks from today"). Download the free version and see what you think (you need Pro for the "Note to self" thing though).
