Root best senseless sprint based rom?

I was probably dropped on my head as a child so I don't get it. Senseless sprint base, as a opposed to t mobile or Verizon based? Are you answering your own question with ICS or requesting the answer to your senseless sprint base also be ICS? Thanks for dumbing down the question for me :-)
