Still indecisive? 
I think the HTC One wins on speakers (though I've not heard a One Max). Screen is more subjective - do you prefer realism or saturation, for example?

HTC One = best speakers
Note 3 = best screen. Switch to movie or photo mode if you don't like the color saturation of the default setting.

I know recent Sammys have different display modes, but I found the S4 a bit unnatural in all of them. Never played with a Note 3 - too big for my tastes (even the One is pushing it for me).
My previous phone was AMOLED, so I can live with either, but there is a difference. Only you can say which you prefer.

The screen on the Z1 is gorgeous (providing you don't get one of the models with the yellow hue

Speakers aren't amazing, although I've compensated for that by picking up one of these - Soundwave SW100.
Sound can go to an external source, so I'd look for a better screen before looking for decent sound quality.
If you're looking for both without additional accessories, I'd def take a look at the HTC One.

+1 On HTC One Speakers.
For screen, it subjective. Some prefer LCD, some like AMOLED. I can live with either as long as it has decent resolution.

Nothing really special about HTC One speakers in themselves. HTC just put them in the right place for once. In front, not at the bottom or the back. Screen, hands down goes to Note 3 IMO. Large display with the best Amoled screen yet on a Samsung device in terms of color saturation and accuracy.

I really don't know what I'm doing haha think I will just stick the nexus 5 hopefully the camera sorts itself out.
The build quality don't seem great and the speakers rubbish but I guess there isn't any phone that does anything different. Overall
The only thing with doing would be iPhone again as it is different but tbh in more than happy with android.
