I have the Note 2 with Sprint and am looking for the best option(s) for a no root usb wired tether app. I'm open to wireless tether app too, but I would net to get a wireless network card for my desktop.
I need an emergency backup to my Uverse internet connection, so I can place a stock trade when I need to.
