Best Twitter App?

What are the best Twitter apps in your opinion?
My current favorite is Tweetdeck, with Seesmic in a close second.

I've used them all and have settled with Twicca. It's by far the fastest and uses the least battery. That's why I settled on Twicca.

Yeah, the battery thing became such an issue with Tweetdeck that as soon as SMS notifications for @replies came out I shut off all notifications.

I tried a bunch and settled on tweetcaster. Seeing how most all of them have free versions you should download them and try them yourself. What I like may not be what you like.

You know, I just use the stock client made for Android by Twitter themselves. Now, I must say that I maybe tweet 1-2 a day, and only really follow 20-30 people, so it's a much lighter useage than you guys probably have. It looks nice and runs well for my purpose, and it's free.

Does Tweetdeck allow all Tweets by the people your following to be treated as SMS or RSS?

I'm currently trying to find the perfect Twitter App that will ping a Tweet of any kind to my Conituum's Ticker Screen for immediate viewing. Or at least as close to asap as I can get.

As it stands now, the phone sync's up with Twitter only ever half hour or so, which sucks.

Well no Twitter apps that I know of output either RSS or SMS, but you can get both from the actual website I believe. Not completely sure about the RSS.

I think they do. At least SMS.

When I click on my phones "Event List", I can click on a tab labeled simply as "SMS" and it will display all the Tweets I got through Twidroyd. Which is what I use for my phone's Twitter. Leading me to believe they do output in SMS?

Does this open the door for faster tweet-pings then?

I really enjoyed tweetdeck for its UI. Very slick. Now I use tweetcaster. Has the feature set I want, and a less-slick UI. I can deal though. Coming from a BlackBerry anything is an improvement (although Ubertwitter was one thing BB got right.)

Other than Twitter for Android, does any of the other twitter apps sync with your contacts? For some reason the twitter contact sync is broken on my droid.
