Best video calling app for INcredible?

I want to video call what is the best app? I am obliviously limited to only using the back camera. Which app is the smoothest?

I've used Tango and Fring. Deleted Tango, kept Fring. Use a couple times a week. Both work best connected to wifi or not moving ( car passenger ). I seemed to have less issues with Fring, your mileage may vary

As far as I know Fring is only phone to phone. Not sure about the others.

Oovoo does phone to PC. The app is Beta. Works great for me...with a mirror!!
