Best Video Format and Player for G2

I am starting this thread to figure out what the best/most popular video format and player are for the G2.

I am using Arcsoft player and rip my DVDs to AVI format using DVDfab.

480x320 resolution (G2 native)
23.97 fps
700kbps bitrate

Seems to work pretty well, any other formats, players, etc that someone else have found to work better. I tried mp4 but the audio was all messed up. I also have tried 30fps framerate but the audio seems to get out of sync w/ the video.

install Rockplayer it's the best player for android it plays every format you can think of no encoding required.
