I am looking for an android app that will let me control the playback speed of the video (or audio) with a fairly high degree of precision. I don't just want an app that says slow/ normal/fast. I would like to find an app that lets me enter a number, i.e. .43 or .85 to slow it down or 1.37 or 1.53 to make it faster. Is there such a thing? I have read reviews but do not find this level of detail. They only mention whether or not the app can slow down or speed up the playback.
