Root Best way to Root HTC ThunderBolt??

Ive Rooted a few phones before so i kinda know what to do..but my buddy wants me to root his HTC thunderbolt so im looking for the best and easiest way to do it.....i prefer a way that doesn't delete all the info on the phone but will if there a easy way to root to the phone.....i rooted my droid incredible in the past using UNREVOKED.com and rooted my current phone Galaxy S3 so prefer i do a root thats as easy as those..i see there many ways to root the thunderbolt so can someone please show me the best way to do it

Hi I watched the video on how to root my TB. But in the video it doesn't explain about the drivers. Can someone explain this please.

if you use the revolutionary drivers i recomend inthe OP of the root thread,you just download and run that .exe file. then the manual process describes opening a cmd window and making sure they are working.

not that i know of. the revolutionary tool only has downloads for windows and linux.

your best bet it to simply borrow a windows/linux laptop,or go to someones house and borrow their desktop. the files are small,and the process is quick and painless
