Best way to take FP5 on phone with CWM

Now that FP5 has been out a while and I'm tired of the daily nags for the update, what is the best way to take the update for a stock rooted FP1 phone with CWM installed? There is a lot of confusing info out there and from what I can tell, I can either use Titanium Backup and do a full backup, go back to EP4, take all updates, then restore my non sysem apps or I can edit a file to turn off the notifications. Is there a way to go directly to FP5 with CWM installed that is (mostly) painless?

Sorry, but I have not seen a jump from a rooted phone to FP5. Most restore and then move forward. Or it only takes a few seconds to turn off the notifications.

I have videos for each on my channel. Let me know you if you need any help. Look for the vid with FP5 in the title which there are two of. And then look for the one with Restore in the title. Either will get you all setup.
