Best weather app/widget?

I gave just moved from the iPhone 4s to the GS4 and the only thing I have noticed that the iPhone does better as a stick program is their weather app.

Can someone recommend me a good app please? I am looking for one that doesn't force me into their website every time I try to press something on the app and also easy to access hour by hour reports.

Try 1weather. The widget has some tabs so you can look at daily, detailed, and hourly info... has a ton of different sizes widgets too
 
Keep in mind that you don't have to settle for an all in one solution. For example, I prefer Beautiful Widgets on my homescreen for getting info at a glance but for more in-depth info, Weatherbug Elite does a great job. So I configured BW to launch WE when I tap on the weather icon and I get the best of both worlds.
 
Gismeto was the only 4x1 widget I could find that looked really good and was informative.
 
I use The Weather Channel. The widget shows the current conditions as well as today's and tomorrow's forecast. The widget is resizable. I set me to be 3x1.
 
If you want good widgets, go for HD Widgets.

Otherwise, for accurate weather readings, go for Weather Bug.
 
I use Be Weather.
Like that you can use beautiful widgets sets for your widget. Also weather is always accurate and notifications are very prompt.
 
I also use HD Widgets on my home screen for a quick glance and also have a 1x1 widget for Weatherbug Elite that I open when I want detailed/accurate weather.
