Better contacts app?

Mine seems to be messed up. I'm on Android 2.2 on a tablet. I can put contacts in, put all their info , even put a thumbnail pic. It all comes up listled and nice when I open my contacts. However, once I click on a contact, it just shows their thumbnail and says "No additional information for this contact"...like it didnt save anything. So I go back in to edit and all the info is there :/

Any suggestions?

Editing lots of contact data via a phone is not pleasant. Consider a sync'd solution such as MyPhoneExplorer and/or Outlook.
