Just loaded Better Cut last night and can't download any of the icon packs. The download will start, go painfully slow then lock up at some point and never finish. Has anyone else had this problem?

OK, deleted Better Cut today, it did something to my phone that caused my internet to slow to a crawl, felt like 28.8! After removing it the problem went away.
Won't be going that route again, any suggestions for a similar app?

I have not had that problem with better cut. I have not tried any icon packs yet though.
