Better Torrent App Needed!

i guess I should have assumed you meant an android app being that this was placed in the captivate section :/

sorry, none that I know of.
 
While not an Android app, uTorrent has a web user interface where you can login and control the program. There is an option in the preferences to display the files inside a torrent before you download it.
 
Install Utorrent on a computer at your home and then install Torrent-fu on your phone. Torrent-fu will communicate with the UTorrent web interface allowing you to do all kinds of fun stuff like scanning a bar code of a DVD in the store then it pulling up all the torrents for the DVD and then sending the selected torrent to your home computer to download.
 
I have utorrent on my computer. been using it for years now. Love it, and just recently got the web gui going. If that is the only way to select individual files going to my computer then that will have to do. As for the torrents going to my phone, I will have to try and look for torrents that just specify single files and such or wait for an app that will do it.

I already have torrent-fu app for the torrents. been working well except that I cant figure out how to download to the phone. I have to use it with swarm or transmission (which is for gay macs) I believe in order to do that. I just use the program to download to my computer.

Yeh also looking for something that downloads directly to SD card.

Has anyone tried using dropbox to view your files after downloading on your comp?
 
this is an old thread now, but I have finally found the torrent app that lets me choose which files within it to download.

App name = aDownloader
