Bettercut Question

Hello everyone, I am new to Android and this Forum. My deals is with Bettercut. I cannot rename or change my evo 4g message icon. No matter what I tried, it does not work. Funny things is that I emailed its support team; and guess what they say??? Go to the Android forum and ask there. Go figure!

Anyway, any help will be appreciated.
