beware of this firm.

Ordered a "genuine" SG2 battery from nicecans.co.uk. After 3 weeks and many phone calls I received the obviously-not-genuine battery, I confirmed that it was a counterfeit with Samsung.

Samsung were annoying also, bouncing me from department to department. However, I was eventually asked why I was buying a replacement battery. I told them the stock battery didn't last long enough. The guy told me he would send me another battery if I was dissatisfied. Even though I advised that my current battery was not faulty but simply provides an insufficient amount of energy for the heavy usage I submit it too.

So now I just need to cancel my visa payment and balls to nicecans.co.uk

Moral of the story:

Call Samsung tell them the battery in your handset only lasts a few hours and they will send you a new one for free with no questions (well that was my experience anyway).

Peace,
