I called USCellular on 8/10, to make sure to get my complaint in aboiut my signal strength. The tech was very vague. And did not have much to say about any update or that there are any issues in regards to signal strength. Anyways after a 40 minute conversation with him, it has been noted and he is supposed to get back to me next week. We will see what he comes up with. Granted I have not had any lost calls, just 1 to no bars of signal. It should be better than that in my area.
It's too bad that these techs are not all on the same page...
