Accessories BH6X fits into my case - will it cause issues?

So I just picked up the extended battery for the X! I got it from Verizon and its only about 1mm thicker.

I put it in and used the new battery cover (which BTW had Droid X2 written on it AND is a different color)

It apprears to fit snugly into my Trident Kraken case and my Otterbox Commuter series.

After 30 min of use I dont see and "screen buldge" or anything...Do you think it will cause issues?
Anyone running the extended battery in a closed case have/had any issues?

nvm...mods please fell free to delete.
I decided to pop out the "included screen protector" on the kraken case. I never really liked the feel of it anyways, plus dust would get in the the notification hole and led light thingy...

so far no issues. I will check the screen in the morning to see if there is any screen issues...
