sir actually I have a tablet pc with android 2.2 but it is not connecting wifi bluetooth. it also has ethernet cable but it is not connecting to internet via ethernet. So thats why I want to boot from android 2.2 any platform may be its android or linux or window or mac. But I want to turn a fully worked tablet. Please help to get flash my tablet I am attaching tablet specifications.

That is very lowly, and quite frankly you're not going to be doing anything with that, other than the ancient 2.2 Froyo version of Android it came with. Most modern apps are just not going to work on it. Time to buy a new tablet I think, unless you've got any sentimental attachments to this old friend.

That sound like it might have a resistive screen as well, rather than capacitive multi-touch.
