Big Bang Theory appreciation thread

Big Bang Theory is great show i watch this show from it's first season i like it.
 
The Einstein Approximation is one of my favorite episodes. Sheldon in a ball pit.. popping up in a different location every 2 seconds yelling "Bazinga". Priceless!
 
My favourite episode is the one where Raj gets an iPhone for the first time and Barry comes in and demos it but because of the way he speaks it doesn't understand him. Bloody hilarious
 
I can't wait for it to start again in the UK April 11th :D so can't wait love this show after my boyfriend got me into this
 
we were watching a re-run the other night.had some friends over and we were chit chatting so it was kind of more "background" watching it.
there was a riff about the friendship agreement and Sheldon was carrying on..trying to get someone to take him to the dentist..etc...and he goes on to say something about his memoir ..and how The Title will be You're Welcome!.. Man Kind..

um...literally the room fell silent and everybody snapped their heads,turned and stared at me!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

but I always "joke"...hmmm that the world revolve's around me.....and sarcastically say "You're welcome"....
 
TBS has been showing marathons every weekend, So I'm getting caught up. It seems like different writers have different concepts about the Sheldon character. Sometimes it's like he has mild autism like Aspergers Syndrome, where he doesn't understand social rules, humor or sarcasm, and doesn't get that other people have feelings. Other times they just make his character a jerk with a superiority complex. Guess I shouldn't over think a sitcom lol, but that character is all over the place.

I got into it late as well. My sister turned me on to it. We have a sort of family dinner a few nights a week, and we watch this together. I believe I've yet to see a single episode that didn't draw at least one deep belly laugh from us both.

She laughs because her son and his friends are such nerds. I laugh because I am.

I agree with the poster who said it's the funniest show since Seinfeld. I might go farther and say funniest show since WKRP in Cincinnati, but that might be pushing it.

I've recently become hooked on the TV series entitled The Big Bang Theory. This series is hilarious and often requires me to rewind portions of episodes because I'm laughing so hard.

My favorite scene:
Leonard is learning how to drive but the lesson is on a computer simulator. All of his friend are gathered around him.

Leonard: (adjusting his imaginary seat belt) "No airbags? Suppose I have an accident"

Penny: "I'll hit you in the face with a pillow"

Leonard: (begins driving and is quickly involved in an accident)

Penny: (grabs a pillow from the nearby sofa and hits Leonard in the face with it)

I had to rewind that scene several times due to laughing so hard.
