Hey all, I'm new here; i'd like to know your personal opinion on this dilema here.
Im changing operator, by that i got offered 2 different Operating System handsets. One is the Xperia U by Sony running Android 2.3 (hopefully upgradable to 4.0) and the other is a Nokia Lumia 710 running Windows Phone 7.5 codenamed "Tango".
Both are 512 MB on RAM, but i've heard that WP runs smoothier than Android. The big difference is on the Processor; Xperia has Dual-core 1 GHz Cortex-A9 and Lumia 1.4 GHz Scorpion. Mali beats by long terms Nokia Lumia's GPU Adreno 205, that without any doubt. I've always believed that Sony makes perfect cameras as it makes for not only Sony Xperia products, but other Android phones...
Here where i live, Xperia U is cheaper than the Lumia. So I'd like to know which one is the best, every opinion is welcome.
Also, Does any of these have a LED Notification? Or something that tells you that you have new missed calls, messages, Facebook, Whatsapp without turning on the screen?
