Help Big error window: "Cannot Lock System Folders"

Used android-studio-bundle-143.2821654-windows.exe to install Android Studio in D://Users/.../Android/Android Studio/,
I run D://Users/.../Android/Android Studio/bin/studio.exe and got a big error window: "Cannot Lock System Folders".
I tried several suggestions in web sites without success.
Can an expert here help me??

In case others ask the same question:

I solved my problem!
In my computer, I set Android Studio to be disableAll in Vista Firewall Control! Try set to EnableAll, no "Cannot Lock System Folders" anymore!
