Big Jawbone charging problems

I'm on my 2nd Big Jawbone from Sprint.

The first lasted 8 months and this one is at 2 months. I have had the same problem with both....poor battery life.

This unit will last 2 or 3 hours of play and recharging takes overnight. Similar to the previous one.

Anyone have personal experience or know if this is an issue? Would Sprint refund me completely since this is my 2nd unit with the same problem?

if you are past your return policy with sprint then no they will not refund your money.

your next step is to take it up with the manufacturer of the jawbone.
 
Have you tried spinning the battery on a smooth surface and seeing if it spins?

If not, then you might have to have a talk with Samsung.
 
Spinning the battery? No I haven't, no idea what that means.

Warranty is 1 year, wondering if Sprint will just refund me.
 
sprint has a 14 day (if memory serves) return policy. someone will correct me on that if its not the case, but if you are past the return grace period (look on your receipt for terms) then no they will not refund your money.

if you are within the grace period, they will accept a refund or exchange.

try to handle this at a corporate store if possible vs. a reseller.
 
As stated you only have 14 days with Sprint to return anything for full refund. Their system is setup to not allow them to give you any money past 14 days even if you plead.
