ah well guess I'll give the EVO V a shot after all. If that doesn't work I might try the Galaxy Nexus with Straighttalk or Tmobile.
I thought the uncapped was 49 plus 20 or something like that. I think I read that in the link in this thread...I say go T-mob if that doesn't work out. They finally have a uncapped 4G for $30 now
