Help big problem , please help !!

hi ..
i made i terrible mistake , i deleted the file that responsible of memory (vold.fstab) from my rooted galaxy gt i9003 while i was trying to swap the internal and external sd card , this file is located in system\etc . now my internal and external sd cards won't show up , i cant use them in anyway :S i tried to format the external sd card using card reader , and tried the factory reset but nthing happened ,, is there any way to get this fixed ? please help !! :(
 
thanks for your replay ,, i've PMed you with my email ,, iam working on 2.3.4 firmware gingerbread .. i don't know how could i copy the missing files to my phone since i can't access the memory from anywhere :(

okay , i reflashed a new custom rom on my phone to solve this , the sd cards are showing up now ,, thanks for your time :)
