last month i used my phone alot with apps and searching the web and only managed to use 600mb. i am now 3 days into my new month and i decided to download a fps game. It was 260mb and i used wifi. tonight i thought i would just check and see usage and it says i have used 100% of my 2gb!!!! how can this be. the game was only 260mb and i downloaded it using wifi, i don't have automatic updates on, gps is turned off, don't check my emails via my phone and i haven't surfed the web at all. any ideas why downloading a 260mb game took my complete 2gb usage?? won't be doing that again. 2 days into the new month and now without internet on phone. BTW i turned the network setting when holding power button off so now the phone shouldn't use data in the background should it?? I'm just lucky that it only went over by 1mb otherwise i would be up for a hefty fine!!

i dont know, just getting the obvious out of the way. maybe its a faulty monitor app ur using.. or there's some rogue app draining ur data. or u got a firmware update, but u say u've turned off auto updates?
