Bigger clock and date on the PIN lock screen

Hello everyone, newbie here.

I've only owned an android for the past month, and I apologize in advance for a simple question.

Is there a way (including an app) to add a bigger clock (instead of the tiny one on the upper right) and the date on the lock screen when you have either a PIN or Password enabled, just like when then pattern lockscreen is used?

I like pulling the GSII out of my pocket, clicking the power/lock button on the right and seeing the time/date quickly.
