Biggest Android Problem that need fix !!!

Hi my name is Franci and I am from Albania.
I have a Vodafone Smart III with v4.1 android, very good smartphone for the price he has.I have a a really Big PROBLEM !I can't remamber the pattern I have, my WI-FI is of and my sim-card internet too so I can't log in without internet to unlock my phone...and I don't want to lose all my data on my phone with root or something else....Please HELP ME.

You have 2 choices - not losing your data (which you can't get to) or using your phone and losing your data. We have a FAQ about it Lost Phone/Locked Out FAQ - Android Forums

In the future, make sure all your data is backed up.
