Help Bionic 5.5.886 no service, please help

I factory reset my phone, when powering up it got stuck in initial setup because of no service, so i did the skip (tap the four corners).

It still has no service, enabled usb debug. RSD lite 5.5 wont flash gets hung up on step 1/15cbt.bin error phone failed to connect(i did put it in fastboot flash mode). Tried to use root/4ever root script that also failed.

I have searched high and low for a solution, i need help.

Now i got it to 893, when i try to open my gallery it says pls inset sd card... its in there... but i can DL and install apps. Uhhh what?

I'd try a sim card pull see if that'll fix the no service issue.
