I purchased a brand new droid 7 weeks ago for $350 and then it died on me. I called technical support and was told "No problem we will send a brand new phone." I was surprise that I recieved a certified phone, retail for $149.00. If I knewthat I would end up with a certified phone I could have saved $200.00. I talked to the manager and he said " Sure I could send you a new phone if you pay full price of $599. I am extremely upset of this outcome.
