Accessories Black Mesh Strap!

In lieu of the official mesh straps that Huawei teased us with months ago, I believe I have found a suitable substitute. Unlike many that I found on Amazon, this one is a 22mm band with cutouts for the Huatch's 18mm lugs - just like the stock band.

I think it looks pretty sharp, and it fits great! And being able to adjust it on the fly if it ever feels a bit tight or loose is an exciting prospect. It is a bit tricky to put on my wrist, but I'm hoping that will get easier as I break it in (assuming that's a thing?) or at least get more used to it. Once on, it feels very comfortable - no more tugging on my hairy arm!

I will also note that my band came with 20mm pins instead of the 18mm ones that would fit the Watch, so I ordered some generic 18mm spring pins from Amazon rather than wait another two weeks for the seller to ship the correct ones (which she did offer to do).

All in, it seems to be a great alternative to the official strap that Huawei is apparently never going to sell to us, and (if the pricing at Huawei's storefront is accurate) this one is only about a quarter of the price.
 
I did eventually receive the correct pins from the seller, but I accidentally the whole thing when I was trying to swap out those pins:

The seller offered (kindly) to replace the band if I would ship it back, but I'm not sure it's worth the international shipping cost.

This is the most lightweight, comfortable, breathable, and comfortable watchband I've ever had. And, it feels plenty sturdy. As a final bonus, it's made specifically for the Huawei Watch and fits the lugs perfectly.

I finally had a chance to write up a quick review of this band, but here are the important bits:

Everything @Unforgiven said is true. It is easily the most comfortable watch band I have ever worn. It's thin and lightweight, but doesn't feel cheap. The magnetic clasp holds it securely in place but is also easy to adjust. And the nature of the infinitely-adjustable magnetic clasp means that it fits perfectly, every time. It has exceeded my expectations in every way.

I was pretty pleased with that other mesh band (until I killed it). I am 100% satisfied with this one.

I'm pretty happy with the black stainless steel link band mine came with, but it's great to know there are some good options out there should I feel the need to change/update at a later time! Thanks for the reviews!
