Black screen after startup logo, but system runs

I'm using Redmi Note 7. Never had such problem while using my custom ROM. (crDroid 6, Android 10, latest)

I changed my screen resolution to a lower one through this app, used it for a while, restarted and now I see a black screen after startup animation, but system is running, I just can't see or interact anyhow.

I cleared the cashe via Orange Fox Recovery,

I tried to change the resolution back via:
adb shell wm size 1080x1920

Also tried this command to reboot into safe mode:
adb reboot safe-mode

It didn't work as well, so I tried this:
adb shell setprop persist.sys.safemode 1 && adb reboot

I tried to connect to my phone via Mirroid (have been using it for a while), to share it's screen with my PC, didn't help, I saw a black screen.

What should I do?

Have you tried restoring a nandroid backup? You do have twrp recovery, right?

I don't have any backups, unfortunately...
I use Orange Fox recovery, but I can install TWRP if needed to

Did you make a nandroid backup with orange fox?

if not then you should have. that is one of the very first thing you should do, once you have installed a custom recovery. if you do not have a backup, i would then just re-flash a custom rom and start over. remember to make a nandroid backup once you have re-started.
