Help Black screen after unlocking screen

Sometimes when unlocking my phone, I'm presented with a black screen. I usually get out of it by just hitting the home button.

Any idea what the hell this is?

You may want to clear the launcher data.

Thanks for the suggestion. Any idea what the default launcher name is in the list of all applications?
