Black Screen of Death/trying to retrieve texts from computer?

Hey...I wanted to know if there are any ways AT ALL to read texts, since my screen went black on me a few days ago-I can hear sounds and receive calls, but am trying to get to my texts. I have SMS Backup+ installed and was wondering if there's any desktop app or maybe a way to turn on auto-backup from Gmail? Thanks

Have you plugged it into your computer via the usb?

Hi. yes, i have. I see pictures, sounds, etc. I dont know what kind of folder I'd find SMS in.

thx for the replies ! I was able to find out WHO texted me from my verizon account online, so at least now the mystery ends. But it would still have been nice to at least do my SMS Backup+ from my desktop. grr.
