can anyone help got message system ui stop along with people edge has stopped and cant get into phone for anything. just a black screen with those messages

Exactly what phone is it? (a samsung I guess)
Is it rooted? Did this happen after a system update?
Have you tried restarting it? (Power off, wait, power on)
Have you booted into recovery mode and cleared the cache?
Have you booted into recovery and done a factory reset?
