I have a a10 android tablet after just 2 weeks it will not start up only gets to the android puppet then it turns to black screen and nothing works to turn on have to hold down start button for 8 sec to reboot but still black screen can anyone advise

Hi Helen,

Bad news I think. This is a cheap Chinese device, most likely the software has corrupted because it's buggy and now it wont boot. Very common problem with these cheap things.

You'll either have to send it back for replacement/refund, or find a way of re-loading the software. For that you'll have to find who the manufacturer is, if that's possible. Is there any clue as to who actually made it, probably not
