Black screen

I got a samsung galaxy s3 to christmas, and i love it. A few days ago when I turned on the phone and parts of the screen was purple, tha day after the whole screen was black, but the buttons and the sound works. I have tried the normal things like remove the battery and sim, and put it back, but nothing works. How can I fix it?

Since your phone is still within warranty, your best bet is to contact Samsung or your network to arrange for a repair.
