My husband, Daughter and I all 3 have kyocera Hydro, none of them have fallen or gotten wet, or any other cause but the screens randomly turn black and you cant do anything to get them back on,except if someone calls you, so we end up having to call each other to get our phones working. what the heck is wrong and why does it do it on all our phones?
