Help Black screen

Whenever i try to unlock my phone, the screen is black. The home button etc will sometimes light up at the bottom but that's it. Most of the time pulling the battery will work. The last time it went on for hours, with the battery trick not working. After a few hours i plugged in the charger and was able to turn it on, but the battery wasn't dead to begin with or when it finally powered on.


Any suggestions?

Are you using stock or aftermarket launcher?

Try a different launcher. I've used Nova since I got the W4G without any issues. I'm not an expert and could be a bad device but worth a shot.

There are a couple other people who have reported screen issues, somewhat of a bad batch is what we were thinking. Hardware related, If its messing up, send it back for another

I ended up reading the reviews from that link and those are exactly the problems i was having. I ended up going back to the place of purchase and getting an exchange.
