Black spots on screen

Motorola X 4G I believe? Carrier is AT&T. Black spots appeared on my screen during the day today, while I was playing a game. I didn't drop it, and have an otter box on it. How can I get this fixed?
 
That depends on how old it is, whether it's in warranty and whether you bought additional protection (warranty-extension type) for it. It sounds as if some pixels died, and that's normally covered, so why don't you bring it into an AT&T store and see what they'll do for you?
