Black & White Emojis

I downloaded an Emoji Keyboard app that let's me use emojis but they turn up black and white on screen. My phone is not rooted or anything like that. Is there a way to get it to show up in color? Thanks.

I found a tutorial that addresses that issue on VisiHow. I didn't get into the Samsung Galaxy Note series until the Note 3 came out so I wasn't even aware of the issue. Please lets us know if this was helpful to you Ohana. TIA

Thank you but I have found that before and it is no use. That is only for messaging which does come up in color. However, I was looking for one in general like I would see the emojis in color outside of text messages. Like in social media and other chat apps.
