In working on a new theme, but until that's done here's the blacked out phone I made for it. You can flash over any theme.

Almost done blacking out the contacts I just have to black out the favorites and change some font colors

Finally got the favorites, but I could only black out the list of frequent calls not the whole tab. Just a few more font colors and some menus to black out and Ill release it.

Quick question. In this theme is it just threw caller ID and status bar? Or everything?
