Blacklisting Towers?

I was wondering of there was anyway to block certain towers. I have been having issues with a tower and my phone keeps connecting to it when my phone is pushed into roaming. I know which tower it is. Also I am on Sprint with a Galaxy S3. Thanks ahead of time.

I am also wondering. I am familiar with swapping PRL's and using DFS CDMA Tool. I just need a quick pointer.

It would be really awesome if it were possible to generate a "Preferred Tower List" (PTL) so we can always be connected to the fastest/best/closest/least-glitchy towers wherever we go.
