Blank message from single user in group texts.

[Android Question]

I have a Galaxy S3 with Sprint and use the MyMessage app for SMS/MMS instead of the stock app. Every time I have a group message with my husband in it, his responses show up blank. Everyone else's come through fine. We both have androids, but he has Verizon. As stated, all other texts despite carrier or phone model come in fine during group text except his. Why?

Could be a sending issue on his end. Just make sure when he sends them that he has data toggled on or that he toggles data off/on before sending them.

Lastly, what app is he using? Could be a compatibility between applications issue.
