I have a muve music phone. I have a lot of pictures and music. now my sd card reads blank or unsupported filesystem. what do I do to recover my pictures. I don't really care about the music.

Is the card reading that from a new phone, the same phone that read the files previously, or a pc?
If you haven't tried yet, put the sd into a card reader on a pc and try to access the files. As long as they haven't been overwritten, they should still be there.
On a pc, programs like Recuva can help you restore files that have been "deleted" but not actually erased or over-written yet.
