Blasting unwanted pre-recorded messages to Mobile Phone

There are web pages full of complaints (including mine) about "Great Vacations", also sometimes called "Diamond Vacations", who call mobile phones unsolicited with a message from "Olin". They call several times a day, and some folks get charged per minute and it is painful to their wallet. I would like to spread the pain a bit and find an app that would allow an android phone to send back a signal to this obnoxious dialer/IVR that would cause some serious pain. This is NOT a free speech issue, and none of the hundreds/thousands of people effected have ever "opted in" to receive these illegal phone calls. BTW, they have now killed caller id so that you can no longer report them by phone number. Ideas? Is there a way to tell my HTC One X to not accept calls from blocked caller id?

Blacklist can help you block them. I use the White List function, so only numbers in my contacts can actually ring my phone.

They can still leave you a voicemail.

Ive started gettin those calls and im always careful who i give my number to
I start shoutin at them to (go away lol) then realise its a stupid recording :banghead:
