Flashed this last night, everything seems to be running smooth. LTE is working just fine for me. So far so good though I haven't really tried much else yet. I'll post if I run into any issues. Thanks for the hard work badmofo!! (Appropriate name BTW haha ;))

[Edit[ OK, so there is just one thing that has been bugging me A LOT. I'm not sure if it's rom specific, and this might be totally off topic here, but I don't remember this being an issue being I started flashing roms. ALL of my icons look...fuzzy, I guess that's the best way I can describe it. They just aren't sharp and crisp. I've tried just about every launcher, downloaded at least 20 different icon packs, and it's all the same thing. Took a screenshot of some of the icons

They just don't look good, and this is for every icon pack I've applied. Seems to have started with CM12 and it's still a thing with this rom. Am I the only one? Or is this a simple fix? It's really annoying me now lol

Followed directions listed at bottom of op following a clean flash, no LTE. I have 3G, but my signal fluctuates pretty heavily and I get recurring voicemail notifications.

EDIT: It seems that I had to toggle around the apn settings a little more to get things working. At the moment I have working LTE. It seems steady, and I don't have that constantly recurring voicemail notification. Cautiously hopeful. If things stay solid then this rom will be a keeper. I've always had LTE problems on CM12/12.1.

What apn settings did you change? I have 3G but haven't been able to get 4g to work.

At first I followed the stuff listed in the op exactly. When that didn't work, I went back into apn settings and selected the apn that was unselected. It quickly switched back to the first apn and lte kicked in. I had do to it again when I rebooted, and I'm guessing I'll have to on every boot.
